Terms & Conditions

• I have willfully and consciously registered for the event and I am going to stay with the members and Admin(s) of the Event for the required time/period given by the Organization.
• I will maintain complete peace with the other members, Admins and locals (if any). I will not start a debate/argument/quarrel/fight of any kind (verbal or physical) with anyone. I will refrain from any religious/political/sectarian or any other controversial discussion/debate. If I have a problem with any other member of the Event I will directly inform the Organizers of the Event and leave the matter to them and accept their decision will be acceptable, on the matters/issues.
• I will NOT use or carry Drugs (of any kind), alcohol and all other forbidden/unlawful substances during my participation in the event. I will NOT carry arms, weapons or knives etc. with me. I will NOT smoke in the bus/coaster.
• I agree that in case of an emergency, rain, storm, winds or any natural happening/incident I will cope all the circumstances.
• I understand that during the trip, the itineraries may be affected by some unforeseen reasons beyond control of the organizers in such circumstances, the organizers have the right to alter itineraries or cut short the trip.
• I will make sure that I will NOT take photo(s) or make movie(s) of any member (especially females) and locals without their permission.
• Although all measures would be taken to secure the safety of the participants, the organizers of the event will not be held responsible for the any accident, injury, loss, damage or any other mishap occurred during the event and would not be agitated at any forum / court etc. whatsoever.
